Personal Training is available in individual one on one training or for couples and we have either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.

THE CHEK APPROACH
C.H.E.K stands for “Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology”, which is a corrective exercise and high performance program not only concentrating on specific injury and biomechanics of the body but also on posture, nutrition and lifestyle.
No Regret’s Personal Training embraces the C.H.E.K approach focusing on treating the cause not the symptom and looking at the body as a whole, whilst teaching people to use/move their bodies correctly.
Nick is a qualified CHEK Exercise Coach and a Level 2 Holistic Lifestyle Coach and all of our trainers are taught the CHEK method of training and over time put through the same intense courses and education.
The program is about improving the body's efficiency at performing primal movement patterns such as push, pull, twist, lunge, squat and bend. All of which improve the client’s function in both work or sports environment. Swiss balls, BOSU's, balance boards, medicine balls, cable machines, dumbbells and barbells are just some of the tools used in conjunction with specific exercise to improve function. Deficiencies in any of the primal movements increase the chance of injury and undeveloped motor skills.
