We are all certified CHEK Practitioners, two of us are Exercise Physiologists and Sports Conditioning Coaches, we have one massage therapist who is a qualified Metabolic Typing advisor! We are all trained to develop the best, safe, efficient and results-oriented programs to fit into your schedule and meet your needs. We provide all new members with our comprehensive Free Health & Fitness Assessment that includes advanced Postural Assessment, Core Function & Flexibility testing before using video technology to determine your current movement ability. What’s involved in the consultation?
The consultation is exactly what you would expect to receive from any other professional that is concerned with your health and well being. You will sit down with a senior member of the team, usually myself, who will go through exactly what you are looking for, the timelines you are working to, and any areas or issues that you wish us to work on together. Our Health & Fitness Assessment begins with an assessment of your current physical, nutritional and lifestyle habits. (See Personal Training).
We also spend time to design a Nutrition in line with your exercise program to not only improve your strength, fitness, or health issues, but address any pain you may be experiencing, and to focus on the underlying cause of any dysfunctions. The program will enable you to restore optimal health and vitality quickly and most importantly remain permanent.
Initially I will have you complete a series of questionnaires which can all be completed digitally via our website. After you have completed your questionnaires, we review them and contact you to set-up a Comprehensive Postural Assessment. After your assessment, we design a customised exercise program based on both your assessment and submitted questionnaires. Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches along with strength & stability exercise plus some basic cardio training, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including instructions and print out pictures to ensure you execute the program perfectly. This information along with video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view via our website.
We provide specialised programs for both sports and also rehabilitation as we are highly skilled and qualified in these areas of personal training. In both cases a specific program for you is what is required to guarantee a result.
Personal Training is designed to help you achieve your potential. All of your sessions will be made by appointment with YOUR OWN Personal Trainer – it’s all about YOU! Your trainer will be by your side, motivating you through the sessions, ensuring you’re doing everything correctly and maximising your training time. Let’s face it – those last few reps are always the hardest and your trainer is there the whole time to push you through it!
