KEN DRUCE is a AAA rated Teaching Profession-al at Royal Sydney Golf Club and is an expert in biomechanics of the swing.

He played the Australasian, Asian, Japan, Europe-an and Canadian PGA Tours from 1995-2007. Ken has played with the best and fittest golfers in the world including Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, Nick Faldo and Jim Furyk. Ken was a scholarship holder at the AIS in 1995-96.

This is a workshop designed to teach the Golf Player how to stretch, strengthen, stabilize, train, specific to the game of golf, to create the perfect golf swing!

 

Who Is This Golf Workshop For?

People of all ages and backgrounds who want to improve their Golf Game by using the latest Scientifically Proven Training Techniques! * Anyone who would you like to drop 5-10 strokes off your game? *Anyone who suffers from back pain or elbow pain and be able to play injury free! Establishing a successful strength and conditioning program to improve your game is the key to how well you place your next ball in the fairway. Alt-hough experience and knowledge of the game are helpful, getting your body in the best physical shape possible has been scientifically proven to dramatically improve your game. In every golf swing, power is transferred from the legs through the core and the rest of the body and out to the club. This workshop focuses on improving function through correct training. Without a doubt, the only way to improve a golf game is to improve the actual golfer: the ways they stretch, strengthen, stabilize, swing, and train.
