We have published so many articles and videos over the past 5 years I even find it hard to keep up with what we have. Many times these articles have become great resources for ourselves to refer to when coming across difficult situations or simply to find ideas on better ways to train. But due to the amount of articles I find I get lost in what we are looking for. So we decided to create an index page that is broken up into sections from head to toe of the human body so you can easily navigate your way to the article you are looking for. We have provided links to each of the articles so you can instantly go the page you want. If you have any suggestions for articles you would like us to cover please get in touch with us by sending an email to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. The Brain & The Nervous System

It makes perfect sense to start here for the brain is the BOSS! This is who dictates pretty much everything we do. I have included articles from exercise and the brain but also things like stress and other mind related articles here.

The Neck & Shoulder

I show pictures above of neck and shoulder pain as this would be by far the most common things I see people for relating to this part of the body. Injury and pain here can easily become chronic and take a long time to get rid of.

Heart & Lungs

These articles take a close look at our internal organs and how we can look after them with the right approach and choice of exercise. There is a lot of confusion surrounding what exercise is good for your health and many make big mistakes by overusing cardio exercise. These articles explain how the body is a complex systems of systems and that you must look at the whole picture and use strategies to build and repair instead of going to battle with your body.

The Lower Back & The Core

This area has been a massive focus of many of our articles simply due to the amount of injuries we see for lower back pain. In recent years the evolution of core strength training and core stability has been increasing rapidly yet the understanding of what this really means, and how to do it correctly is not understood by many people.

Hips & Glutes

Without a doubt stiff hips in combination with weak glutes are a huge problem in today's modern society of sitting and sedentary work. The amount of injuries caused by these two factors is incredible so having a good understanding of how to prevent this is essential.

The Knee, VMO, ACL & Hamstrings

Once again stacks of information relating to this area of the body as we have seen so many people suffer with all types of knee injuries.

Ankle & Feet

Lastly we take a look at the role of the feet and ankles with how the provide movement. This is something that is often neglected when assessing movement and injury in joints above. But make no mistake this is definitely a big factor, and in many cases where the original problems began!
